Clicking into the options menu crashes Launch box

Version of Launch box: 13.7-beta-5

Windows version: 10 Home

This issue occurs every time you click on the options menu.

steps to reproduce the issue:

1. open launch box
2. navigate to options and open up options menu.

There is no error text that appears, but i do see that in the window previews when you hover over the icon in the taskbar that it is prompting the user to login to their EA play account which appears to invisible and prompts windows to show the “this application is not responding” box, creating an application hang error in the application logs of windows(as seen in the attachment).
