No matter how many times I download carts, covers. nothing will show up

I would suggest starting with posting this issue on the forums if you haven't done so already. Include specific scenarios of everything you are doing, with screenshots to back up what you are saying. That will give the community and the devs the best chance of helping with your specific user issue.
