Humble Bundle

I saw some hooks on GitHub that people made where they are able to connect to Humble Bundle to retrieve their DRM-free libraries. You can view your library and download the games. I think this would be perfect for launch box. I would love to have access to all of my humble bundle games and to keep track of updates from your launcher. Thanks!

That would actually be very awesome! For the games that aren't on Steam and you could only legally download through here... that would be extremely handy. If they have an API for this that would be awesome.

I don't believe the API is official, but there are examples of people working with them. Humble bundle is a great store, and often, when they bundle games, they include a DRM free version. Based on what I've seen people do, you could basically create application that looked just like Steam, but for humble bundle. That's a fairly large task, but this application already has the foundation for it to simply be added. I think there is a decent market for you guys, and I'd bet humble would even work with you on it. Here is an example: https://github.com/MestreLion/humblebundle

I also hope that Humble integration can be achieved- it’s the last digital platform I use that has direct downloads (as opposed to selling Steam keys or the like) that isn’t covered by LaunchBox. I would be fine with having to install the direct-from-Humble games into a specific location for them to be tracked.
