Installed launchbox and bigbox: Game Clear logos not showing

I’m using the Unified theme in bigbox. I’ve tried all other themes and none of them are showing the Game clear logos on the right side. I got a bigbox warning asking me to disable a service. I did that but the logos are still not showing. Please see attached.

Can you check again for a process and services with nahimic in the name. It tends to like to come back, and can cause things like what you are seeing. Also, let us know which version of LaunchBox you are running, and a bit about your hardware.

I’m running launchbox 13.8 on a windows 11 msi laptop with a forever license. Nahimic is completely disabled as well…

Does the laptop have a dedicated gpu?

Yes it has an nvidia rtx3050 ti laptop gpu and a 12th gen intel i7-12700h processor

Usually gaming laptops have both integrated graphics and dedicated GPUs, Can you make sure Big Box is forced to using your nvidia card in the settings and see if that makes any difference. Another option is to go into the intel integrated graphics settings and force anti-aliasing to be on (or off). Also, you may want to make sure you are on the latest nvidia and intel graphics drivers. Nvidia does a fairly good job at pestering you to update, but Intel does not.

Thanks forcing BigBox to use the nvidia card worked for me…
