cant navigate big box with eg starts brand arcade controls

Nikolas Gardner created an issue

it recognizes the buttons but not the sticks and all my emulators have no problem so what is the issue

    This encoder should work fine with LB. I personally use these on several cabinets. The forum will be better for us to assist in troubleshooting. So if you continue to have issue start a thread there. This site is not monitored all day. I would check to make sure you the option for use all controllers turned on in BB settings and then remap the controls in BB controller mapping section to ensure they take.

    Alright but is there any solution so I can use my happ like sticks to go through the menu? Because I don’t want to use only the buttons to go up down left and right looking through games

    So I just tried an Xbox controller and it the same issue, the sticks are not being detected by big box if there is any solution please lmk as soon as you can
