When I add a game to favorite category it removes the title entirely from the platform it is found under. This makes me unfavour all games cause I want them under their platform.

Check to see if it just moved them to the top of the list in the platform. Favoriting will not remove games. If you have the setting on for “Show Favorited Games First” LB/BB will move them out of alphabetical order and place them at the beginning of the games list in the platform.

In BB settings go to >Options >Views and look for that setting.

I would also recommend using oour forum if the issue still persists as we can better troubleshoot there.
