Hello, good afternoon, I am contacting you because I am trying to enter the launchbox forums and I get a message that I am banned. I do not understand why. A few days ago I received an email that they had entered my account from Canada when I am Spanish. I didn't think much of it and disabled automatic login on that device. Has my account been hacked? If so, how could I get it back? I have a lifetime license purchased from launchbox.
It also doesn't let me contact you by email and I don't have Facebook or X. How can I solve this? I would appreciate a quick solution.
