play time feature request

could a field be added that records the total time you have spent playing each game? There could also be a "total time played" by platform or even all systems. MAMEUI had a feature like this and it was always easy to tell which games I liked the most by the play time. For those of us who are addicted to retro gaming, It can be handy to see just how much time we spend playing :)
