Are they in the right location? Are they named properly with the game name as the video name? VLC plays a wide array of video, and they probably use a very common standard in video. So chances are it does play them, especially because we've had users get them to play before. If they are the proper name, you either need to drop them in the proper System folder in the Video folder inside your LaunchBox folder or edit a Platform under Tools and tell it where the video is located in a different folder.
