Option to hide the black bars for sort by

Probably good enough just having one option to hide the bars, but also something in the options menu to hide the "Genre: " part

View > [ ] Show Category Titles (categories on the right side of the ':')

^Can these option be added? Or at least a feature to make them more transparent. They currently take away from being able to view the background. I would like to be able to view the Title without the Category Category or the Black Bars like 'Category: Title'.
