Problem with download bezels & problem bios

hello,
I have purchased the premium version and I have two problems.
The first thing is that when downloading the ps2 bezel package from launchbox the download bar is shown until the end showing "downloading bezelprojectSA-ps2 bezel package" and it does not finish downloading it. My internet connection is correct and I have tried deactivating the antivirus.
Another problem is that importing PS2 games when adding the roms tells me that the bios are missing. I have all the bios located in the /pcsx2/bios directory
but the launchbox says that there is nothing in that path. I have tried running the games directly from retroarch and the bios work.
Could you help me with these two problems?
