Got banned out of nowhere

Hi,
I’ve used the LaunchBox before and after I found that I have a weak password for my account, I logged in the forum and it said that I typed in the wrong password or username. When I tried the “forgot the password”, no email was sent. I think my account is closed for inactive so I tried to recreate new account, and I got banned.

I didn’t do anything in the past, how can that happened?
