If you are running Win7 and Win8 those OS are no longer supported with LB updates past Version 13.8. CefSharp is the dependency that no longer works because of a security patch that was required didn't work in that OS.

You can email [e-mail] and request a copy of the 13.8 installer. If you are on those older OS plan on sticking with it I would recommend turning off updates in your LB settings so you are no longer prompted that there are newer versions of LB available.
