bigbox controller issues

hello im having an issue with my game controller. i have a 8bitdo sn30 pro controller and the a and b buttons are backwards it does the opposite even when i tried to remap it and the other issue im having is when i hardwire it via usb it doesnt work at all. is there a setting to make it work. my controller works wired on steam and retroarch but not on bigbox or launchbox
