Add support for setting moinitor preference in the XML

I have 6 screens hooked up to my pc and no matter what I do bigbox always launches on the same one - the one I don't want it to launch on. If this feature could be added it would make my whole experience sooooo much better. Thanks

In BigBox you can set a monitor to be your primary screen now go to options and its in the general section
