Unicode character support for searching and matching

I found Launchbox doesn’t support searching and matching title names for Unicode full-width char.

For example, a title name with full-width colon char (U+A789) fails to match a title with half-width colon char (U+003A) in search and title match when importing, causes lots of manual post-import work.

Often it doesn’t cause an issue for alphanumeric chars since full-width chars are rarely being used, but it causes problem in wide alphanumeric chars for example U+FF41 (full-width a) U+0061 (half width a). You have to manually change those Unicode chars to half-width char to search correctly or match title to import games. I believe they should work as if they’re lower / upper case in English.
