Need a refund, this happens every year usually when I update. Cant ever just double click a game and play

I just want a refund, this software is just janky. Never works properly after updates or any moderate amount of time passes. Just want to be able to double click a game and play. The chinese knockoff handhelds does this job 100 times better than crappy launchbox
