Possible VLC Related Startup Crash

LaunchBox Version : 6.2 OS: Windows 10

I have a small problem. When I try to load up LaunchBox, the program loads up for a short amount of time before giving me this error (the one in the picture) and forcing me to quit the program (not exactly crashing but I think it counts). I have been able to run LaunchBox in the past, but recently, I did a manual wipe of a great amount of files in order to clean up, and when I reinstalled LaunchBox, this error started to pop up. It seems that the problem is linked to the VLC Media player. I tried reinstalling VLC into the default directory (as I had in installed somewhere else previously) but nothing happened.
