It looks like this is a folder that contains some temp data for Launchbox

I checked all permissions in this folder and my user has all necessary permissions. Install path for Launchbox is C:\Users\Kevin

Move LaunchBox out of your users folder and see if that makes a difference. No need to re-install, just move the whole folder as it's portable. See if that works.
