Emulator Editor Sample command incorrect?

In the emulator details there is a checkbox for "Use file name only...", and below that the sample command.

However, I think the sample command reflects the value of this checkbox the wrong way round. i.e. if CHECKED (i.e. file name only), command shows as "mame.exe FULL\PATH\TO\ROM\FILE" if UNCHECKED (i.e. presumably fullpath), command shows as "mame.exe File"

I don't know if this is purely a visual error in terms of the sample command, or an actual error in terms of what is passed to the emulator?
