Proper 21:9 support in coverflow with details and video at the top

In this mode the tops and bottoms of images are cut off, thankfully this is the only view that is giving me these problems. For now I can use a different view, but I can imagine that this view most likely has problems at some other resolutions

The plan is to use separate themes for 21:9 aspect ratios.
