[REQUEST] Output marquee art to android device via web/app

Hi! Thank you for your hard work. This is kind of me been spoiled request, so here it goes. Hyperspin has a marquee plugin where they put a second screen dedicated to just show you the game marquee you selected.... so is it possible to select a game and then that image is transfered to an android device that will serve as a second screen? So for example i have tons of old tablets that i would love to use as second screen only to be a small marquee on my arcade cabinet. This via an app. if not then if it be possible to be an internal server ( dunno the word i speak little english) so that if you enter this IP on a web browser it will show you what you are playing and so it will serve as a marquee or info screen.
