Media Playback Volume issue

I've got trailers .mp4 files for all my games. Within Big Box these files are automatically played when a game is selected. I've noticed that the volume is set a lot lower than if i were to open the file outside of Big Box with Windows Media Player or VLC. The volume is too quiet within Big Box. Can there be a fix so that the volume of the files isn't automatically affected by Big Box? Thanks for the new update as you've address some other issues i've posted. You guys are doing an EXCELLENT jobs. Best front end EVER! Thanks
