Help

I downloaded and purchased a license for MBA. I can’t get it to work!!! I tried everything. The software installed but when I tried to rip a cd it starts, then an X appears in the cd icon. I have cd express on my pc and if rips ok. After ripping with express the cd’s show up on VPN. but no images. Just black boxes. I have spent 2 whole days on this software and I still can’t get it to work. What am I doing wrong??!
