Event INC_FLUSH_ATTR not traced for parameterized attributes

Used JastAdd version: 2.3.5 (built using latest commit in master)

Used parameters: --tracing --rewrite=cnta --incremental=param

What was done: Make a simple grammar, define a parameterized attribute depending on a terminal. In the application, register a trace-Receiver and edit the terminal.

What is the expected behaviour: Amongst other trace events, the INC_FLUSH_ATTR event is sent to the registered trace-receiver after the edit.

What is the actual behaviour: No INC_FLUSH_ATTR is sent.
