Migrating to GitHub

https://bitbucket.org/blog/sunsetting-mercurial-support-in-bitbucket announces that “Mercurial features and repositories will be officially removed from Bitbucket and its API on June 1, 2020.” - we suggest to migrate to https://github.com/gap-packages where we have a number of GAP packages, and established a very good infrastructure for testing and automating publishing releases and updating package websites.

The latest release of FinInG was released by me recently and is based on https://github.com/gap-packages/FinInG – so I think this issue can be closed now.
