Unusual characters in PackageInfo.g file

There’s a small issue with the postal address of Michel Lavrauw in your PackageInfo.g file. There are some non-standard characters which do not display properly in some systems, including the file viewer of Bitbucket, see e.g. https://bitbucket.org/jdebeule/fining/src/master/PackageInfo.g

These characters also break a script that I’m working on (not that that is important).

If you don’t mind, could you please update the address to use more standard characters like à and Ü rather than � and �?

Indeed at least some of these characters seem to be “control characters”, indicating that this might actually be incorrect characters (rather than just unusual).
