Error 500 - Internal Server Error
Dear Jean, I was trying to process a job using a file (see attached) containing 12 samples of e coli proteomes (standard MaxQuant output with several columns deleted that are not relevant to analysis). Many thanks for your kind help! Cheers, David

repo owner Apparently there is a problem with the cache or something like that, I refreshed the page and it actually worked: http://bioware.ucd.ie/peptigram/job/58u8j4i3ahg0 and I also tried on my local version, there was no problem at all. I will see what I can do.

i am confused now: I tried to access your results on http://bioware.ucd.ie/peptigram/job/58u8j4i3ahg0 but access was denied. I then resubmitted and ended up again with the Error 500 - Internal Server Error for http://bioware.ucd.ie/peptigram/job/j7mq3kfprg40 Sorry for bothering you again ... but I would really like to use this in a presentation coming week :) (BTW, is there any plan to make a download of your software available ? I imagine that at some point it might get quite busy on your server). Cheers, David

repo owner HI David,
I'm glad you are finally able to access it, I will leave this ticket open as I don't think my problem with the cache and the server is over. For your presentation you can save the visualisations in SVG or PDF files, in addition to screenshots.
I hope the server might get busy, there are plans to make it downloadable and installable on any unix machine, it's possible, but I haven't yet took the time to finalize it.

Hi Jean, many thanks again. (BTW, I just forwarded the link in the lab now as some were curious about your software when I showed it to some labmates:). Cheers, David

I'm going to investigate, hopefully I will be able to come with a fix soon.
