[Feature request] Upload custom protein sequences

It would be great if users could upload a custom FASTA file and use the proteins in the file for Peptigram. This would allow the users to conveniently check the sequence coverage of fusion proteins or modified proteins (and for some users, custom in-house database, maybe?).

Although minor, this feature might be useful in optimizing sample preparation and digestion condition for identification of modification sites or other experiments that requires higher/deeper sequence coverage.
