ERROR when uploading file

Hi,

I keep recieving an error message when I try to uplaod txt file to peptigram.

Message 'ERROR 500-internal Server Error.

this file is 3.3 MB so does not go over 5 Mb limit, any help would be much appreciated.

yes there is a definitively a problem I don't think the size of the file is the issue. Somehow the job worked but still showed an error, I refreshed the page after the error 500 page and it sowed me the result.

Can you try again and refresh the page if you encounter the error 500 again please? The size of your file should be fine but, the 40 samples and 1000 peptides for beta-casein are a computationally expensive. The visualization is also going to be expensive for your computer if you try to display the peptide alignment map of beta-casein.
