modified peptides

Hi Jean

Another issue I have encountered. What to do about modified peptides? How do you handle these from MaxQuant internally?

    Hi Eugene,

    Peptigram doesn't work with modified peptides. If one day I have the time that's something I would like to work on, but because of technical and time limitations I didn't find any good enough way to display peptide modifications.
