The form cannot be opened after uploading

Hello,firstly, I make a excel including Sequence、protein 、Stat position、End position 、Intensity s1、Intensity s2、Intensity s3 and Intensity s4. Then i converted into the csv file. Like the attachment. At last, i input the file, but it kept showing 'Please be patient, it may takes some time... ' ,but so long even i waited 24 hours, I tried several browsers including IE、firefox along the way. So I'm confused what went wrong？I am very interested in this software，so please help me.

That shouldn't take that long, did you try the testing dataset? Can you give me more details, maybe the first lines of your dataset?
