I am not able to process a MaxQuant output file

Dear responsible, I am trying to process with Peptigram an output file (peptide.txt) of the Andromeda search Engine of Max Quant. The file is very small (49 kB) and I tested several browsers which worked for different jobs, including Google Chrome, FireFox and Internet Explorer. Have you a solution for that? I unclude the peptide.txt file. Thank you in advance. Best Regards Gianluca

Like the error message you got says your peptides.txt file needs data about the intensity for each sample, see http://bioware.ucd.ie/peptigram/doc#input-file, your file doesn’t have these columns, you could try to rename the Intensity column if you have only one sample
