Error 500

Dear developer team, I am very excited to learn and test this amazing tool. Unfortunately I am getting Error 500 for internal server. In brief, I am using a subset of peptide.txt from MaxQuant. I am not sure what the issue is and happy ti share the file with you if interested. Thanks

Thank you for your interest in Peptigram.

If you don't mind sharing the first lines of the peptide file you are using I can try to give it a look ([e-mail] or here). There is nothing else I can do.

Unfortunately I left the research group, and academia, where I developed Peptigram during my PhD, I also don't have the resources to further work and debug Peptigram.
