Peptides with several matches per protein aren't loaded into the sqlite db

Hello, I have a protein containing several repeats of the specific amino-acid pattern. While trying to upload the peptides corresponding to these repeats on the server, I have found that they can't be loaded into the sqlite database. It seems this is because the peptide sequence is the single identifier of the peptide. I think that automatic adding and further using the unique name id for each peptide input record instead of the sequence only should resolve the issue.
