Input file

Good Morning, I have problems with the recognition of the input file. I upload any file in CSV (including test file) format but the program does not recognize it. When entering it, the following message appears: Invalid input - This value should be of type File. - Cannot write temporary file to disk. Can you help me please? Thank you.
