P-gram seems i hate this file, though there are no parsing errors? Any ideas?

I don't see any problems with this file. Peptigram also works with a single protein and/or a single sample, the UniProt ID and a sample name are still required though.

Could you explain with more details what's the problem, and details about your web browser, machine please.
