Add build instructions or create new downloadable build for most recent release

Hi there, I want to use your nice converter for JSON-LD conversion, but the current zipped distribution is an older release and doesn't support JSON-LD.

Alternatively, could you provide instructions in the readme on how to build the converter from the source. I cloned the repo but wasn't sure what to do next.
