Can't open files without .json extension

Hi!

Great app -- would love it if I could open files without the .json extension. My app produces a great many files which are all JSON0-formatted but none of which have .json in the filename. In debugging it would be very helpful to open and edit with SwiftJSONEditor but to do so, I need first to rename them -- and then more importantly remember to rename them back before moving them back to device.

I wasn't sure what kind of Priority to put on this. I think it is minor work effort but major helpfulness. Maybe if you hold Option or something.
