Error message on startup

Error message appears:

Error(1): Try again. iCloud account not found. Please login to your iCloud account if necessary or try again.

  1. i am using Mojave 10.14.5 → Error message shouldn’t appear every time
  2. The purchasing/tutorial window stays always in foreground?
