Incompatibility with OneDrive

When working on a file that is stored in OneDrive, the application continually fails to prompt the user with the prompt in the attached screenshot. OneDrive appears to have a partial lock on files when they are open and continually being written (see Word or Excel documents opened off OneDrive).
While not fatal, this does make working with files stored in OneDrive close to unusable.
To replicate, create a JSON project and save it to OneDrive. Make a change to the file and save. At this point, the dialog will appear.
