OpenCV Dependency?

How does this project depends upon OpenCV? I tried you code on Xperia Z1 but only 1 camera works. Cant get both cameras working. It throughs null pointer exception,

    To my knowledge, the Xperia Z1 does not support simultaneous dual camera access. The code should work on a HTC M8.

    Most smartphones do not support dual camera access through the Android API. The code works only on phone that have that support, such as the HTC M8.
