Use get() instead of filter() for GET request in model-based Handerl if primary key is used in request

The attached patch uses Model.objects.get() instead of .filter() for model-based Hander class if model primary key is specified in the request.

This allow to return HTTP Not Found instead of empty response for primary-key based requests if the resource is not found, which IMHO is more correct, since a specific resource is requested.

Requires <<issue 37>> fix to work.
