Add DRO v2 to DRO v1 converter

A small script was developed to convert DRO v2 files to the DRO v1 file format. This is handy for playing songs in DRO2MIDI, which currently only has support for DRO v1.
The actual conversion code has been done, just need to integrate it with the rest of DRO Trimmer and package in the next release.

Minor tidy up. Could be improved further, but should be sufficient. Will be included in v3 r7.
