Commented Code shows 'Warning'

Commented Code shows an underline of RED.

Problem was fixed by switching of the WARNING on PHPStorm Settings -> Editor -> Colors & Fonts -> General -> Turned off WARNING Effects.

There should be a setting to enable/disable this.
