Duplicate comments on bottom toolbar

When 'code comment' is hovered with block caret, it shows duplicate comments in bottom toolbar.

Example: If I have block of code with comment 'This is a test for code comment' $abc = 'test'; $a = 123; $test = 'this is a test';

Bottom toolbar shows: This is a test for code comment This is a test for code comment
