P2D2::0.9.24 doesn't work with hggit

No repository will show the status of files, and I get this error:

It looks like a problem with hggit. I will try and disable that.

    Hey there,

    I know that hggit has been updated for Mercurial 1.9 compatibility. Can I ask you to update to the latest hggit and try things out. If this still does't work I (or if you are able to you :) ) might have to dig a little deeper...
