CT Toolbox: missing functionality

The new CT toolbox package contains at present three plugins - a backward compatible HU calibration tool, a image correction plugin and a CT ring removal tool. The image correction tool works, but only if the images are loaded into memory. The GUI gives the impression that files can be streamed from disk -- this is a planned feature, but hasn't been implemented yet.
