Issue with CT tool box Functionality (ROI, Point-Picker and Line measurement)

I uploaded the latest 64-bit release of MicroView [[2014-11-18: MicroView 2.5.0-b18 Release (2.5.0-2382)]. With this version, I no longer encounter the issue with the licensing error message (see my previous bug report) however, the CT- tool box is not functional for me. I have tried using the point-picker plug-in, ROI tool and have tried taking a line measurement, however none of these functions are working. Nothing happens at all.

I should add that this was encountered using a 64-bit Intel core i3 computer running windows 7 Professional and with a 2014 Macbook air (1.4 GHz Intel Core i5) running OS X Yosemite (version 10.10.1)
