Win64 MicroView 2.5.0-457 crashes on exit

When I close the Win64 version of MicroView, the OS reports an exception and goes through the annoying process of searching for a solution to the problem (good luck).

Occurred on all platforms - tracked down to a mismanaged thread. Fixed.
